Had an appointment at the Lauriston Road vets, really easy to book the appointment, was seen to on time and very happy with the advise. Not too stressful for my cat as it's right on our doorstep.

I was impressed with how good these ladies were with my puppy. I felt they looked after him and I could tell he felt safe while they did there stuff including jabs and chip. He didn't even notice the jabs or chip going in. These guys know what there doing.

Everyone here was so friendly and caring, making me and my cat feel like we were in safe hands. Great value too and lots of little touches that make the experience nice such as whatsapp. Parking also close by and opening hours very convenient!

In the 5 years I’ve had my cat, I’ve never seen a vet clinic with full 5 stars before. And let me tell you, I’d give 10 stars if it was possible. I’ve never felt so cared for as cat parent, the online chat is amazing, everyone who works here is incredibly caring, helpful and genuinely interested in making your and your pets experience as comfortable as possible. My cat Lucifer is going through a flare up of his FIC, for the first time in ages, and it’s been an incredibly stressful time for me, but these guys are genuinely amazing, lucifer is getting better and I can’t recommend them enough!
